Our Team
Matt Sterkel is a Certified Professional Inspector who comes to us with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and a background in teaching and handyman work, Matt’s keen eye for detail, and excellent customer service skills insure that your inspection will be top quality.
Artur Nazarian is a Certified Professional Inspector with a strong background in providing a high level of customer service. Artur has proven he will do whatever it takes to provide the best inspection you can ask for. Artur is also fluent in German and Armenian.
.Ian Mayer is a Certified Master Inspector. Ian has worked in various Real Estate positions since 2004.

After years of chasing down internet pirates for the Motion Picture Association, Guillermo is ready to bring his investigation experience to chase down defects in homes. Guillermo was born and raised in Guatemala and is a native Spanish speaker.
Yossi Gordon – Certified Professional Inspector.
Yossi is a hard-working young man who enjoys figuring out how things work. He is detail-oriented and enjoy taking on various challenges. He is a devoted individual who holds himself to a higher ethical and moral standard. Yossi is very tech savvy and loves helping people.
Heather Mayer – Office Manager. Heather keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
